Job Responsibility:

Ensure cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
Safely operate dishwashing machines according to community standards
Load and unload dish machines efficiently
Maintain a neat and sanitary work environment
Follow safety and health regulations while handling kitchen equipment
Collaborate with kitchen staff to support dining service
Provide timely dishwashing service to support resident satisfaction

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred
One year or more fine dining or restaurant experience preferred
Ability to read, write and understand English
Manual dexterity of hands and arms for kitchen equipment use
Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull without sitting for extended periods
Ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
Availability to work a flexible schedule
