Job Responsibility:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
ensure that all dishes are clean and sanitized
sort and stack clean dishes
assist with cleaning the kitchen and maintaining cleanliness standards
follow all safety and sanitation procedures
perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience as a dishwasher preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to stand for long periods of time
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
excellent communication skills
strong attention to detail
ability to work well in a team environment
