White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's best cities to live. As a Dishwasher, you will help ensure smooth kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, supporting the culinary team, and creating a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals
  • Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents
  • Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher
  • Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher
  • Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
  • Assist with unloading product from supply trucks
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers and the kitchen staff
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • No prior experience required, but a strong desire to work hard is essential
  • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time.
