As a disclosure representative, you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to develop intelligence products to give your client and partners the actionable intelligence and context they need. You’ll serve as a senior advisor in matters of foreign disclosure, guiding the dissemination of intelligence products as part of a critical national security mission.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a senior advisor in matters of foreign disclosure, guiding the dissemination of intelligence products
Review drafts of all-source intelligence analysis products and other publications for releasability
Collaborate with analysts to compile and validate intelligence source material and advise on writing for release techniques and disclosure methodology
Review and provide recommendations on the releasability of intelligence information based on applicable U.S. laws, regulations, and policies
Seek to streamline foreign disclosure workflows and processes to increase the efficiency and timeliness of requests and releases
Requirements:
8+ years of experience performing intelligence analysis
4+ years of experience with foreign disclosure
Experience with cross-domain transfers and managing multiple domains, sites, and repositories
Knowledge of foreign disclosure principles, including ICD 403 and NDP-1
Knowledge of analytic tradecraft standards, including ICD 203 and ICD 206
Ability to present policies, information protection procedures, and assessments pertaining to classified military intelligence
Active TS/SCI clearance
willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor’s degree
Completion of DoW-approved Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) Training
Nice to have:
12+ years of experience performing intelligence analysis
Experience as a disclosure representative supporting CCMD or joint military organizations
Knowledge of military affairs, national security doctrine, or military capabilities
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with leadership
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Master's degree
