Job Description:

We are hiring for a Discharge Coordinator to join a well reputable Title Insurance company in Oakville. As a Discharge Coordinator, you are the final piece of the puzzle. You’ll be responsible for managing the administrative lifecycle of mortgage discharges, ensuring that legal documents are accurate, registered, and processed with lightning speed. You’ll act as the bridge between lenders, legal professionals, and our internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare, review, and facilitate the execution of mortgage discharge documents
  • Communicate effectively with financial institutions and law firms to obtain necessary information and provide status updates
  • Update internal databases with precision to ensure every file is audit-ready
  • Identify discrepancies in legal descriptions or payout figures and resolve them before they become roadblocks
  • Meet strict daily quotas and turnaround times to ensure our clients stay happy

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate law, mortgage processing, or a high-volume administrative role
  • Experience with Teraview / LTSA
