We are seeking a Discharge Coordinator to join a fast-paced and supportive team working in real estate discharge operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Process discharge requests and prepare associated legal documents on behalf of lenders
  • Coordinate the document sign-in/sign-out process across various internal departments
  • Handle inbound and outbound mail, ensuring timely registration and dispatch of discharge documents
  • Communicate with internal teams via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain detailed records and complete administrative tasks using Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Collaborate closely with the discharge team lead and operations manager to ensure deadlines and service levels are met
  • Provide support during peak volume seasons and assist with prioritizing time-sensitive files

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration, document handling, or customer support (real estate or legal background is an asset but not required)
  • Strong soft skills – professional, approachable, friendly, and a true team player
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks in a time-sensitive, fast-paced setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working 90% of the time on a computer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A go-getter with a positive attitude, eager to learn and grow within the company
