Job Responsibility:
Process discharge requests and prepare associated legal documents on behalf of lenders
Coordinate the document sign-in/sign-out process across various internal departments
Handle inbound and outbound mail, ensuring timely registration and dispatch of discharge documents
Communicate with internal teams via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
Maintain detailed records and complete administrative tasks using Excel, Word, and Outlook
Collaborate closely with the discharge team lead and operations manager to ensure deadlines and service levels are met
Provide support during peak volume seasons and assist with prioritizing time-sensitive files
Requirements:
Experience in administration, document handling, or customer support (real estate or legal background is an asset but not required)
Strong soft skills – professional, approachable, friendly, and a true team player
High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks in a time-sensitive, fast-paced setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working 90% of the time on a computer
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A go-getter with a positive attitude, eager to learn and grow within the company
