Job Description

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll empower people with disabilities to live safely, confidently, and independently in their own homes and community.

Job Responsibility

Personal care and daily living support
Manual handling and routine assistance
Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
Encouraging independence, confidence, and social connection
Working as part of a respectful, inclusive team

Requirements

A current P2 or Opens Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Availability for a variety of shifts, including sleepovers
A compassionate, dependable, and proactive approach
