Disability Support Worker

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities
• Monitor and document client progress and care provided
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care

• NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement
• Valid unrestricted drivers licence
• Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
• Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings
• Background in related support fields such as mental health, disability, etc
• Experience with individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) clients with complex and challenging behaviors
• Current Medication Administration, Manual Handling, and Dysphagia certificates

Preferably local and available to accept morning shifts at short notice
