Job Description

Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring, and committed people to provide support to assist people living in their own homes to enable independence. Seeking care to support a 69 Year old Male with a Sustained Brain Injury. Your support will enable him to live independently within his own home by assiting with his day to day living and goals. There are a variety of shifts available - Please note your avaiablity in your application.

Job Responsibility

  • Assistance with personal care tasks
  • Community participation
  • Light domestic assistance
  • Meal preparation and Community access (appointments)

Requirements

  • Current references
  • Mobile phone
  • Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory)
  • NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • Certificate III (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent (mandatory)
  • Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
