Support independence while maintaining structure and reassurance
Communicate clearly, calmly and predictably
Assist with daily-living tasks, health routines, and community participation
Be confident supporting residents independently
Be able to make safe, calm decisions without immediate on-site backup
Strong adherence to plans, routines, safety procedures, and documentation is essential
Be comfortable managing personal care, health routines, and behavioural supports independently
Have access to on-call support and established escalation pathways
Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
Valid VIC drivers Licence
