Job Description

Join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader. Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs.

Job Responsibility

Support clients with social and community interests
Assist with light cleaning duties
Deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports

Requirements

Permanent Australian Working Rights (Preferred)
Australian Driver's Licence (Preferred)
Comprehensive Car Insurance (Required upon commencement)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Required upon commencement)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required upon commencement)

Nice to have

Experience with personal care or challenging behaviours
Lived experience of disability
