Job Description:

Complete Care Team is a highly respected company that was established in 1999. We specialise in supporting community based clients with disabilities and in particular clients with complex care needs, including people with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and spinal injuries. We focus on all aspects of our clients needs, providing a quality home based person-centred service which puts clients at the centre of the decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Domestic duties – cooking, housework and laundry
  • Community access – transporting clients to shopping, doctor’s appointments and social activities

Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Check
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Drivers Licence
  • Reliable insured vehicle
  • Availability on Wednesdays and Fridays and some flexibility to pick up additional shifts
  • Mature female carers are encouraged to apply
  • Caring, tolerant and dedicated
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication and listening skills
  • Deep understanding of person-centred care
  • Willingness to learn
  • Punctual
  • Reliable
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work both independently and within a team

Nice to have:

  • Industry experience will be highly regarded
  • An understanding of person-centred disability care
