Job Description:

An opportunity to make a real difference in the community. We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Wentworthville area to support a 46-year-old female to live independently within her own home after sustaining a Traumatic Brain Injury in early 2022. You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

Job Responsibility:

  • Domestic assistance
  • Personal care assistance - Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing
  • Medication prompting where required
  • Preparing meals
  • Reporting and documentation
  • Tracheostomy management

Requirements:

  • Current driver's license and your own car (mandatory)
  • NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • Current and valid First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • Working with Children Check or willing to obtain (Paid) (mandatory)
