Disability Support Worker

We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate disability support workers to provide full care and assistance to a 11 year old boy with a disability, this care will help him live at home with his family. Family have requested workers with a chinese or nepalese background. While your skills/qualifications and experience tell us part of your story, your values, attitude and cultural alignment with Southern Cross are essential. At Southern Cross we aim to ensure our behaviours reflect our core values which include Care and Respect, Innovation, Teamwork and Integrity. You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can. Shift times weekly: Wednesday 8am -3.30pm, Thursday 4pm-11pm, possibility of more shifts in this program.
