Job Description:

You will deliver tailored support across home, community, and supported accommodation settings and promote independence, inclusion, and personal growth through various activities. The role aims to create a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by collaborating with teams and advocating for their rights.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities
assisting clients in their daily living activities
promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities
collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans
encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals
advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

Passion for human rights
empathy
strong communication skills
collaborative mindset
meet regulatory requirements
right to work in Australia
undergo pre-employment probity checks
