Job Description:

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Gymea Bay area to support a 31-yr-old male who needs care in order to live independently within the family home. You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

Job Responsibility:

  • Medication administration
  • Use of mobility equipment including hoist and wheelchair
  • Light Domestic assistance
  • Community participation
  • Assistance with Therapy Tasks
  • Personal Care Tasks

Requirements:

  • Current references
  • Mobile phone
  • Current driver's license and your own car
  • NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
  • Working with Children Check or willing to obtain (Paid (mandatory))
  • Cert III or equivalent
