Disability Support Worker

My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader. Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports. We are seeking several Support Workers in the Armidale/Guyra area with shift available 7 days a week across 7am to 9pm. Our clients are seeking someone to support them with engagement in community activities, home duties and light cleaning. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, patient and engaging, bringing a variety of experiences and backgrounds.
