Disability Support Worker

TLK Care is a growing community-based organisation that currently provide mobile services across Sydney. We provide a range of allied health services and support work to participants under the NDIS. We are seeking highly motivated support workers to work with participants, their families, and their networks to support our participants to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Due to current and projected growth, we currently have multiple opportunities for casual support worker positions based on your availability, flexibility and location. With a focus on supporting our clients to stay independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
