Job Description:

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Tuckombil area to support a delightful 74-year-old Female diagnosed with a Brain Injury, Dementia and Motor Neurone Disease to live independently within her own home.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assistance with personal care tasks
  • Light domestic assistance
  • Meal preparation and Community participation

Requirements:

  • Current references
  • Mobile phone
  • Current driver's license and your own car (mandatory)
  • NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
  • WWCC-Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
