Job Description:

As a Support Worker at Aruma, you'll empower people with disabilities to live the life they choose. Working across home, community, and supported accommodation settings, you'll provide tailored support that promotes independence, inclusion, and personal growth. From daily living assistance to helping build social connections, your work will make a meaningful difference.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities
Assisting clients in daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and skill development
Promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities
Collaborating with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans
Encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve personal goals
Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

Passion for human rights and making a positive impact
Empathy and strong communication skills
Collaborative mindset
Ability to meet regulatory requirements
Right to work in Australia
