Disability Case Managers wanted - Hybrid. You have experience and are looking to work remotely with only 1 day in office per week ?

Job Responsibility:

  • Determine eligibility to short and long-term disability, salary continuance benefits and assess claims
  • Implement the right interventions to support timely recovery and return to work
  • Build strong relationships with our Clients: employers and their employees
  • Lead Clients during the absence and return to work period
  • Identify and assess medical and non-medical influencing factors pre and post disability, functional capability, restrictions and limitations

Requirements:

  • Experience as a disability case manager
  • Analytical and detail oriented, especially with complex claims and contracts
  • Proactive and innovative
  • Great communicator with authentic care and empathy touch (bilingual in English and French - Quebec only)
  • Resilient and able to handle and overcome difficult and stressful situations
  • Tech savvy – comfortable using multiples platforms and systems
