Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Lead a thriving early childhood centre
Shape your centre with autonomy
Create high-quality learning environments
Navigate compliance, family relationships, budgeting, rostering and staffing

Requirements:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher ACECQA approved qualification)
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Clear National Police Check
Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations certificate and clear understanding of the reporting process
Proven experience in Centre Management or Assistant Director roles is essential
Strong leadership and communication skills with the capability to bring a skilled team together
Passionate about creating high-quality learning environments and lasting community connections in line with the National Quality Standards Framework (NQS)
Confident navigating compliance, family relationships, budgeting, rostering and staffing
