Job Description:

An established, international Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a commercially minded Quantity Surveying Director to drive growth and diversify the client base of their thriving London office. This is a key leadership role that blends strategic work winning with project oversight. The firm has a strong presence in Higher Education, Healthcare, Social Housing, and Data Centres but is expanding into sectors such as Commercial, Private Residential, and Mixed-Use.

Job Responsibility:

Driving new business and market diversification
Leading a multi-location Quantity Surveying team in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment
Overseeing high-profile projects while mentoring senior professionals
Shaping the strategic direction of the London office and contributing to national leadership

Requirements:

MRICS
A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy environments
A strong background in Business Development, Work Winning & a network of contacts that can be nurtured
Property / Real Estate sector background & large project experience £100m+
Excellent pre and post contract experience & a successful track record leading projects
The desire to manage & nurture a team of QSs
