The Director Workforce Planning and Management designs solutions, analytics, and reporting to meet the long-term vision and roadmap for workforce strategies to develop new capabilities, establish new processes, and deliver projects with enterprise-level impact. Responsible for providing workforce planning solutions that align with CHRISTUS business initiatives, Mission, and Core Values. Is accountable for planning and overseeing strategic business processes, capacity planning, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting. The Director will lead the Workforce Planning and Management teams to define and drive workforce planning priorities by deeply understanding CHRISTUS’s business strategy, the internal/external landscape, and talent supply and demand, and HR best practices.

Lead enterprise to define, develop, and deploy workforce planning strategies and programs
Directs the organization in the development and execution of a multi-year workforce strategy using demand forecasting
Provide thought leadership by leveraging knowledge of industry best practices
Evolve and sustain reporting for visibility to senior leadership
Ensures the development and implementation of workforce planning modeling tools, metrics, analysis, dashboards, and data visualizations
Develop and maintain a robust position management system and process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine what gaps exist between current and projected workforce needs
Oversee change management initiatives
Lead organizational design development
Lead workforce planning analysis on current and future workforce needs
Align with cross-collaborative teams to identify workforce market changes and skills availability
Oversee the development and execution of a resource planning model
Create visibility on current workforce capability and supply.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workforce Planning experience required.
Nice to have
Master’s Degree, MBA, or MHA preferred
3-5 years of supervisory or management experience preferred
Preferred experience includes resource planning, workforce analytics, capacity planning, HRIS systems, process improvement, or application of Lean or Six Sigma practice
