Job Description:

The Wealth Private Bank Lead will be accountable for the accuracy and completeness of the Private Bank financial reporting globally. This role will be responsible for the accuracy and consistency of accounting, analysis and detailed understanding of the underlying transactions impacting the line of business, and ensuring effective controls and processes to support daily, monthly and quarterly results and attestations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage multiple teams through other managers
Execute functional strategy in area managed
Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation
Support management and control data flows to and within Finance applications
Ensure integrity and completeness of data
Prepare and record financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes
Direct and control strategy and execution of company's activities within major Infrastructure area
Partner with revenue areas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and control
Manage all staff within relevant Infrastructure area
Assess risk when business decisions are made
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

15+ years of relevant experience
CPA or equivalent preferred
Bachelor's/University degree
Master's degree preferred
Managerial experience
In-depth understanding of industry and direct competitors' products and services
Thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function
Solid conceptual/practical grounding in function and related subject areas
Excellent communication skills

Nice to have:

Master's degree
CPA certification
