Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic Director, Rewards to lead the design, governance, and delivery of a holistic Total Rewards portfolio—compensation (base and variable), benefits, pension/retirement, wellness, recognition, and performance—while ensuring our people technology (e.g., Workday) effectively enables these programs. You’ll translate business needs into scalable programs and systems, elevate analytics for decision‑making, and partner with leaders across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and the business to deliver a compelling and equitable employee experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Rewards strategy & governance: Design and evolve compensation structures, incentive plans, benefits and pension programs, wellness and recognition
