Job Description

We are currently seeking a Technology Program Manager with experience in driving business-centric technology programs, including planning, execution, and governance. This role sits within the Capital Markets technology group, which is responsible for the platforms and products used by Capital Markets brokers, valuers, and their teams. You will lead complex technology programs, working with product, engineering, business, and support teams globally to deliver new product capabilities for JLL's Capital Markets Group. The ideal candidate will have experience driving multiple initiatives in parallel, delivering at pace and creating impact for the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead program initiation, planning, execution and governance across technology product, engineering, business, and support teams
  • Engage stakeholders across functions and regions to define and execute integrated programs
  • Coordinate change management efforts for programs within the Change Management operating model for Capital Markets tech
  • Manage program financial and vendor management plus key performance metrics
  • Manage risks and issues including mitigation plans with proper escalation to executives and other senior stakeholders
  • Manage program governance structure including relevant forums, Working Groups, status reports, and other deliverables
  • Lead global programs and special initiatives with multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant technology experience, preferably in commercial real estate and/or financial markets
  • Experience at complex global organization with product culture and operating model
  • Strong stakeholder management with ability to align multiple business and technology partners including vendors
  • Experience managing matrix teams responsible for delivery of complex projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong planning, execution, and organizational abilities

Nice to have

  • Dynamic and able to work at pace, while managing ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with Capital Markets technology platforms and products
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices and workflows
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master)
  • Experience with vendor management and financial oversight
  • Background in change management methodologies
