Director, Technical Program Management

As a Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) on Capital One’s Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering organization, we’re looking for someone that has experience in leading large scale complex programs spanning across multiple lines of business and divisions partnering with both business and product teams to deliver against technology intent for the Integration of two highly diverse technology ecosystems. In addition to technical program delivery, you will also work to pave the way for expanding TPM discipline within the team, by leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve.
