That’s where you come in. About the team: Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) comprises many of Capital One’s most important enterprise platforms. We establish practices for building technology solutions across the company and deliver capabilities that exemplify those practices. As a Director TPM in EPTech, you will leverage your technical acumen and engineering experience to drive the strategy and execution of large-scale, technically complex, cross-functional programs aligned with Capital One’s business priorities. You’ll break down complexity and organizational silos, influence roadmaps, dive deep into system design and architecture, make technical tradeoffs, drive platform consolidation, and identify, resolve, define, and escalate mitigation plans for hard technical dependencies.
