Director, Technical Program Management (AI/ML Products)

Are you interested in leading programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large scale products & platforms? As a Director of Technical Program Management (TPM) within Capital One’s Intelligent Foundations and Experiences (IFX) AI/ML organization, you will help us build robust, scalable platforms that enable state of the art AI capabilities for both customer-facing and internal applications. These platforms are the foundational blocks upon which Capital One’s Credit Card, Retail Banking, and Auto Finance lines of business (LOBs) build delightful AI experiences for our customers, developers, and internal stakeholders. Beyond leading technical programs, you will pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline by leveraging your industry expertise to demonstrate the high-impact value a great TPM achieves.
