Job Description:

The Lead Director, Technology Product Management is responsible for product management leadership for a portfolio of platform products, defining product vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature delivery to create innovative enterprise digital solutions that make health care more accessible, integrated, and reliable.

Job Responsibility:

Product management leadership for a portfolio of platform products supported by multiple product teams
Define and socialize the product vision and strategy, the roadmap, feature delivery
Responsible for the overall success of the product by enabling best-in-class end to end customer/user experience
Lead a team of product management colleagues, creating a positive team culture through development and coaching
Help the organization evolve to a robust product operating model
Work closely with Business General Manager, Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics forming cross-functional product leadership team
Evangelize capabilities and drive adoption across consuming product areas

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
10+ years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field
10+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products

Nice to have:

Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment
Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity
Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills
Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts
