Job Description

As a Director, Talent Solutions, FPG, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and driving differentiation within your designated Randstad Professional region, directly impacting our future success. You will direct revenue growth and profitability for Randstad Finance and Accounting by applying our mission and guiding principles to the regional operational plan. This role requires impact-driven leadership to manage day-to-day operations and ensure the sustainability of the business, while also setting the cultural standard for aligning actions with our corporate values.

Job Responsibility

  • Exceeding monthly and annual revenue projections, ensuring financial targets are met through personal and team production
  • Providing mentorship and overseeing the professional development of team members, coaching individuals for top performance and coordinating skill development
  • Developing and maintaining a sustainable succession plan to prepare the region for future growth and change
  • Implementing, tracking, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement strategies and measure results
  • Measuring and rewarding team production results, sales activities, margin levels, and new client acquisitions
  • Overseeing the overall financial performance, market share, and public image of the region within provided guidelines
  • Fostering good relationships among community members and promoting a client/talent-centric mindset across the team
  • Making timely decisions based on strong analytical skills and an understanding of their financial and human ramifications

Requirements

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry
  • Demonstrated success as a top-performing Sales Consultant, Account Manager, or Branch Manager, and as a Sales Manager in the recruitment industry
  • Strong sales skills and a proven ability to create and communicate a company vision and strategy
  • Possession of professional and personal integrity, with a strong drive for results and perseverance
  • Comprehensive understanding and management of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and operating statements
  • Expertise in problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others, and to motivate, direct, delegate, and build a successful team
