Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Supply Chain Analytics to lead our end-to-end data analytics and AI portfolio across core supply chain domains—logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, procurement, planning & forecasting, and sustainability. You will own practice strategy, solution portfolio design, pre-sales, delivery excellence, and client value realization. The ideal leader combines deep domain expertise with hands-on experience building, operationalizing, and scaling AI/analytics solutions at global enterprises with supply chain focus.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategy & Practice Leadership: Define the vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Supply Chain Analytics & AI
  • Build a differentiated and competitive portfolio for Supply Chain Analytics
  • Own commercial outcomes of the portfolio
  • Client Advisory, Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Lead C-level conversations, discovery workshops, value hypotheses, and business cases
  • Collaborate with data and AI practices to architect solution blueprints
  • Oversee responses to proposals, RFIs, RFPs, PoVs, PoCs, scoping, estimations, and deal shaping
  • Delivery Excellence & Value Realization: Act as a subject matter expert during solution development and delivery
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing solutions
  • Champion value realization by driving user enablement, embedding best practices, and utilizing performance dashboards
  • Continuously capture learnings and feedback from delivered projects

  • 20+ years in data analytics/AI or supply chain areas
  • 10+ years focused on supply chain data and analytics solutions development with tangible delivery outcomes
  • Proven track record building and operationalizing analytics/AI solutions (not just POCs) across one or more domains: logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, supply network design, procurement, planning/forecasting, sustainability
  • Industry depth in CPG/retail, pharma/healthcare, industrial manufacturing
