Our client, a private equity-backed global dental medical device company undergoing a high-growth transformation, is seeking a Director of Strategic Pricing & Value to play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s global pricing and value capture strategy. Reporting to the Chief Strategy, Development and Innovation Officer, this leader will partner cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, finance, product and operations teams to modernize pricing architecture, establish price governance, enhance margin performance and build scalable, data-driven pricing capabilities. The ideal candidate brings deep strategic pricing expertise, strong cross-functional leadership and experience implementing modern pricing frameworks within a complex, growth-oriented organization.
