Job Responsibility

  • In collaboration with the Strategy leader and Management Board, lead the strategic transformation program, setting the overall direction and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and competitive positioning
  • Lead and oversee all project leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Act as the primary internal advisor for continuous improvement, identifying strategic transformative opportunities, reviewing recommendations from project leaders, analyzing program-level data, and driving solution development and implementation to secure the organization’s ongoing success
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive update presentations and reports to senior leadership and governance boards, enabling informed decision-making and transparent communication across all levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders and functional teams to ensure cross-company alignment, reinforce a culture of continuous improvement, and oversee the governance and successful completion of all transformation objectives

Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills in an international context
  • Proven ability to lead complex strategic transformative programs and projects
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the broader business context in the sporting goods industry
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills, identifying key issues and developing effective solutions
  • Very strong communication skills towards senior management
  • Highly committed team player with a great affinity towards sports
