Job Responsibility:
In collaboration with the Strategy leader and Management Board, lead the strategic transformation program, setting the overall direction and ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives and competitive positioning
Lead and oversee all project leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of cross-functional transformation initiatives
Act as the primary internal advisor for continuous improvement, identifying strategic transformative opportunities, reviewing recommendations from project leaders, analyzing program-level data, and driving solution development and implementation to secure the organization’s ongoing success
Develop and deliver comprehensive update presentations and reports to senior leadership and governance boards, enabling informed decision-making and transparent communication across all levels of the organization
Collaborate with executive stakeholders and functional teams to ensure cross-company alignment, reinforce a culture of continuous improvement, and oversee the governance and successful completion of all transformation objectives
Requirements:
At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry
Proven leadership and influencing skills in an international context
Proven ability to lead complex strategic transformative programs and projects
Strong business acumen and understanding of the broader business context in the sporting goods industry
Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills, identifying key issues and developing effective solutions
Very strong communication skills towards senior management
Highly committed team player with a great affinity towards sports
