Job Description:

Director position responsible for leading consumer experience strategy for CVS Health's owned brands, ensuring the company meets or exceeds portfolio brand promise through consumer feedback analysis and strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading a dynamic team in the collection, analysis, and application of product-driven consumer feedback
  • Driving consumer experience strategy
  • Creating new approaches to improve consumer product interactions
  • Ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints including new product validation and existing portfolio enhancements
  • Achieving targets for customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement
  • Leading the strategy and third-party relationships for the Automated Vending kiosk experience and deployment

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in consumer experience or similar experience, ideally in retail, CPG, or healthcare organizations with analytical, consumer engagement, or customer service experience
  • 10+ years' proven track record of influencing others with and without authority
  • 10+ years' experience building high-performing, successful teams developing key talent
  • 10+ years' experience actively taking on issues in a decisive manner
  • 10+ years' experience leading under pressure, adapting to changing dynamics in real time
  • 10+ years' experience understanding and breaking down highly complex situations
  • 10+ years' experience effectively demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 10+ years' experience collaborating effectively across different business functions
  • 10+ years' experience demonstrated ability to lead a large team and manage a multi-million-dollar business unit
  • Expertise leveraging MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Strong strategic and analytics skills
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of consumer experience, customer service, and product development strategies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a self-directed manner
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Master's degree preferred
