Job Description

As Director of Sourcing – Bras, you’ll lead end-to-end sourcing strategy for the Cacique division, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver product that meets customer expectations for fit, quality, and value. You’ll drive financial outcomes across multiple categories by balancing cost, margin, and speed-to-market while ensuring disciplined execution of the product lifecycle calendar. This role is highly collaborative and influence-driven, requiring strong leadership to align internal and external partners and continuously improve processes and results.

Job Responsibility

  • Accountable for achieving financial results across multiple categories/departments within the Cacique Division
  • Responsible for driving business goals and financial objectives for the team
  • Leads and ensures all teams manage our PLC deadlines, hitting IMU targets, quality expectations and standards, on-time delivery and business practices
  • Implements and evaluate business processes and opportunities to drive efficiencies within the team
  • Collaborates with teams and senior leadership to identify opportunities and manage risk
  • Interprets and applies priorities and strategic objectives for the team, brand, supply chain and organization
  • Influences key stakeholders and senior/executive leadership to drive business initiatives and inform strategy
  • Assumes key leadership role within Cross Functional Team and brand partners
  • Leads the team and Cross Functional team to support the overall achievement of major business objectives
  • Focus is on driving key initiatives across the business with leaders and internal/external partners
  • Ensures strong team orientation, communication, presentation, negotiation and decision-making skills to maintain collaborative working relationships

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years’ Sourcing, Production, Product Development experience in Intimate Apparel or Apparel
  • BA/BS in related field of study, or equivalent functional experience
  • Strong knowledge of specialty retail, sourcing, product development and production
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Flexible/adaptable in a fast paced environment
  • Strong team orientation and ability to maintain collaborative working relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
