Job Description:

We are seeking a Director or Senior Manager of Strategy (leveling based on experience) to serve as the CEO Office Coordinator to our CEO, Gurhan Kok. This is a high-visibility leadership position for a strategic thinker sitting at the intersection of AI technology, retail science, and global scaling. You will act as a “force multiplier” ensuring seamless execution across our global teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a high-level point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring the CEO’s vision is clearly communicated and executed across Product, Sales, and Finance
  • Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans and the quarterly OKR process to ensure the company hits its ambitious growth targets
  • Drive high-priority initiatives, including fundraising support, M&A activities, and market expansion strategies
  • Architect compelling executive presentations, board decks, and investor updates that synthesize complex AI-driven data into strategic narratives
  • Identify and drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across our 300+ person global team

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in operations, strategy, business development, or management consulting, preferably in a high-growth, AI-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional “tiger teams” and manage company-wide planning with exceptional judgment and decision-making skills
  • Mastery of written and verbal communication, with the ability to build consensus among senior leadership
