Job Description:

The Salesforce Platform Architect is the lead technologist of the Salesforce Center of Excellence at Zelis. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Applications, this role goes beyond solution design, it owns the architectural vision, drives platform strategy, and curates the technical roadmap that enables scalable, secure, and future-proof Salesforce innovation across the enterprise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and evolve the long-term architectural vision for Salesforce at Zelis
  • Develop and maintain a living technical roadmap
  • Establish and enforce architectural standards, reusable design patterns, and documentation practices
  • Design robust integration strategies between Salesforce and enterprise systems
