This role will sit at the center of the business—owning revenue growth, attendance strategy, partnerships, brand positioning, and the overall commercial vision for a premier experiential venue.
Job Responsibility:
Revenue & Commercial Strategy: Lead pricing, positioning, and revenue optimization strategies
Own forecasting, budgeting, KPI development, and performance reporting
Utilize analytics and market insights to improve ROI and commercial effectiveness
Sales Leadership: Drive group, corporate, sponsorship, and partnership revenue growth
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and forecasting process
Personally lead strategic business development and high-value partnership efforts
Develop a metrics-driven, high-performance sales culture
Marketing & Brand Leadership: Oversee integrated marketing efforts across digital, social, paid media, CRM, and events
Lead campaign strategy, brand development, and creative execution
Optimize website, ticketing, and e-commerce performance
Manage agency, media, and public relations relationships
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to maximize guest experience and revenue opportunities
Leverage competitive intelligence and consumer insights to shape strategy
Requirements:
8+ years of experience leading sales and/or marketing functions within attractions, hospitality, entertainment, experiential, or related consumer-facing industries
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and consumer engagement
Strong leadership and commercial acumen with a hands-on, builder mentality
Experience securing partnerships and managing integrated marketing initiatives
Data-driven mindset with strong digital and financial fluency
