As Director, Growth Sales you will drive measurable revenue growth by leading a high-performing sales team, shaping strategic direction, and strengthening senior-level client and agency partnerships. Job Responsibility:
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets by developing and executing strategic, results-oriented sales plans
Oversee regional sales efforts, driving new business development while expanding and deepening existing client relationships
Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and advertising agencies to accelerate revenue growth and market presence
Leverage seller performance data and market insights to identify opportunities, optimize strategy, and drive continuous improvement
Ensure the delivery of compelling, high-quality responses to RFPs and avails, elevating win rates and client satisfaction
Drive disciplined pipeline and activity management through Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales technologies
Serve as a subject matter expert in the media landscape, translating industry knowledge and relationships into strategic advantage
Develop and implement innovative advertising sales strategies aligned with industry best practices and evolving market dynamics
Champion a culture of innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading change initiatives
Invest in the growth and development of team members through coaching, mentorship, and performance management
Own revenue forecasting and ensure accurate, consistent reporting across the team
Lead quota planning across accounts, individual contributors, and the broader team to align with organizational goals

Requirements:
10+ years of experience with 5+ years of management experience
Proven success in advertising sales with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, including platforms, trends, and emerging technologies
Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management
Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and drive them to close
Proven leadership in developing and elevating early-career sales talent through strategic coaching and mentorship
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools
Experience leveraging sales intelligence and prospecting tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, and similar platforms
Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
