As Director, Growth Sales you will drive measurable revenue growth by leading a high-performing sales team, shaping strategic direction, and strengthening senior-level client and agency partnerships. By leveraging data, market insights, and innovative sales approaches, you’ll optimize performance and unlock new opportunities. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets by developing and executing strategic, results-oriented sales plans
  • Oversee regional sales efforts, driving new business development while expanding and deepening existing client relationships
  • Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and advertising agencies to accelerate revenue growth and market presence
  • Leverage seller performance data and market insights to identify opportunities, optimize strategy, and drive continuous improvement

  • Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, including platforms, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and drive them to close
  • Proven leadership in developing and elevating early-career sales talent through strategic coaching and mentorship
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools
  • Experience leveraging sales intelligence and prospecting tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, and similar platforms
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
  • Must of legal right to work in the U.S.
