As Director, Growth Sales you will drive measurable revenue growth by leading a high-performing sales team, shaping strategic direction, and strengthening senior-level client and agency partnerships. By leveraging data, market insights, and innovative sales approaches, you’ll optimize performance and unlock new opportunities. Your leadership will also elevate team capability, ensuring sustained success through talent development and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets by developing and executing strategic, results-oriented sales plans
  • Oversee regional sales efforts, driving new business development while expanding and deepening existing client relationships
  • Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients and advertising agencies to accelerate revenue growth and market presence
  • Leverage seller performance data and market insights to identify opportunities, optimize strategy, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of management experience
  • Proven success in advertising sales with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Deep expertise in the digital advertising ecosystem, including platforms, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and revenue management
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and drive them to close
  • Proven leadership in developing and elevating early-career sales talent through strategic coaching and mentorship
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools
  • Experience leveraging sales intelligence and prospecting tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, and similar platforms
  • Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
