As a Director – Sales on the Topic Activation path, within BCG Vantage and BCG’s Marketing, Sales, and Pricing Practice Area, you will play a key enabling role in supporting the Sales & Service leadership team in shaping and executing the strategic agenda across priority sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Sales & Service leadership team in executing strategic agendas across priority sectors
  • Build, operationalize, and lead day-to-day management of the GTM engine including Proposal Factory and BD desk mechanisms
  • Ensure pipeline transparency, clear drumbeat management, and disciplined execution rhythms
  • Lead systematic capture of project knowledge and development of shared repositories
  • Deliver assets required for case teams including proposals, diagnostics, and demos
  • Build, lead, and deploy a team of Sales experts
  • Be accountable for team performance across case billability, delivery quality, commercial impact, and content creation
  • Own capability development, coaching, and career progression

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in sales and business development
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • Fluency in English required
  • Strong AI and analytical capabilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
