We are seeking a Director, Sales Activation (Data) to support the growth of Inizio Evoke's Data, Analytics, and Measurement offerings. You will serve as a revenue-driving leader responsible for identifying, shaping, and closing new opportunities for Inizio Evoke's data-driven solutions. You will focus on enterprise-level clients across pharma, biotech, and health-tech, building relationships with brand, commercial, analytics, media, and omnichannel leaders. Your goal is to expand adoption of our data products, real-world insights, campaign measurement solutions, advanced analytics, and integrated data and creativity offerings. This role reports to the Chief Data Officer.
Job Responsibility:
Drive data-product revenue
Lead sales efforts for Inizio Evoke's Data & Impact, analytics, and measurement offerings, including audience insights, campaign attribution, real-world data solutions, and predictive analytics
Lead solution design for pitches and proposals, creating the optimal blend of data, analytics, and strategy to solve client challenges
Build and progress a strong pipeline focused on brands, BU leaders, analytics leads, data science teams, and omnichannel owners
Prospect into high-value targets
Identify and deeply engage target client groups who purchase or influence data, measurement, analytics, real-world insights, or SaaS-based decision tools
Leverage a hunter approach to uncover whitespace opportunities across brand, commercial excellence, media, and digital transformation
Shape compelling data-driven narratives
Translate complex data solutions into intuitive, value-driven stories that resonate with senior decision-makers
Partner with teams to integrate data into broader marketing, customer engagement, and measurement solutions
Design custom configurations and recommendations
Tailor solution components, including datasets, methodologies, modeling approaches, measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting based on client goals
Work cross-functionally to build prototypes, POVs, and insights frameworks that advance new business discussions
Drive momentum in the sales process
Serve as a trusted expert throughout the entire pursuit cycle
Help progress opportunities through pipeline stages by anticipating client needs and ensuring technical alignment
Represent Inizio Evoke externally
Build credibility as a go-to partner for data-driven marketing and measurement solutions
Support account transition and growth
Partner with Managing Directors and Client Growth leaders to convert new wins into anchor relationships and expand data-product reach across portfolios
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience working in healthcare data, analytics, measurement, or SaaS (e.g., analytics platforms, real-world data products, marketing measurement tools, omnichannel data systems, or related environments)
A proven track record of selling data products, audience targeting, real-world insights, measurement/attribution solutions, analytics platforms, or SaaS tools to pharma/biotech
A hunter orientation with demonstrated ability to create and close net-new business at scale
Deep understanding of how brand/commercial teams use data to inform strategy, omnichannel activation, media effectiveness, content personalization, and lifecycle optimization
Experience shaping and leading complex enterprise pursuits involving data science, analytics, technology, and marketing partners
Ability to simplify complex data capabilities into compelling stories and commercial value propositions
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across matrixed teams (analytics, data science, strategy, technology, creative)
Self-starter mindset with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
Willingness to travel for pursuits and key presentations
