We are seeking a visionary and results driven Director of RPO Data Operations to oversee data operations for RPO (Resource Processing Outsourcing program). The Director of RPO Data Operations will be responsible for the delivery and deployment of data products across our RPO portfolio for clients and internal delivery partners. Apart from the wider Enterprise Data and Analytics Office (DEAO), you will be responsible for building a world class Data and Analytics (D&A) function, fostering a data driven culture, and driving measurable business results across the organization.
Job Responsibility
Contribute significantly to the company's data and analytics vision and strategy
Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization to ensure D&A initiatives are tightly aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse, global team of data professionals
Develop a robust talent development plan to upskill and cross-train team members
Drive the creation and implementation of data products that directly inform critical business decisions, with a specific focus on those for our RPO business
Implement and own these data products across the organization
Mastermind the build of intuitive dashboards and reporting tools that turn complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Lead the design and implementation of robust data solutions, with a focus on ensuring data quality, governance, and security
Leverage data and analytics automation and AI, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to optimize processes, enhance data pipelines, and drive significant operational efficiency
Champion agile and scrum methodologies to manage D&A projects
Leverage expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, and Smart Recruiters, to drive data-driven talent acquisition strategies
Apply deep expertise in SQL and other data querying languages to coach and guide others
Drive the usage of Generative AI to enhance Data Visualization workflows
Deployed agentic AI workflows to revolutionize the BA and QA lifecycle
Requirements
10+ years of experience with data and analytics team, leading multi-functional teams and 5+ years as a Senior Leader
5+ years of experience in a permanent talent analytics role, effectively utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM and working in a RPO Environment is required
Proven experience leading large, global teams and a demonstrated ability to develop D&A talent
An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and scaling new functions
Extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced SQL skills
Strong background in data and analytics automation and optimization through the likes of RPA and AI
Experience implementing and deploying data products at scale
Proficiency in agile and scrum methodologies
Direct experience with RPO and ATS platforms, particularly Workday, SuccessFactors, or Smart Recruiters
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to engage, partner and influence senior level stakeholders
2+ years of expertly integrated Generative and Agentic AI tools across the data lifecycle to automate technical drafting, streamline stakeholder communication, and architect agentic/automated workflows that yielded measurable productivity gains
