Job Description

As Director, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Americas, you will own the strategic roadmap for revenue growth across the Americas, defining and executing the multi-year GTM strategy for Airwallex’s products and channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead deep market research and competitive intelligence to shape regional product positioning, pricing strategy, and market expansion decisions
  • Drive high-impact growth initiatives that accelerate Airwallex’s footprint in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, working closely with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Architect and scale data-driven vertical strategies, experimentation frameworks, and segmentation models to unlock new revenue opportunities
  • Influence product strategy by surfacing regional insights, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment between product roadmaps and Americas revenue priorities
  • Represent the Americas in global planning forums, ensuring clarity, alignment, and crisp communication around strategy, priorities, and outcomes
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, revenue operations, commercial leadership, or high-growth technology environments

  • Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
