As a Director, Revenue & Pricing, you will be accountable for enterprise-wide pricing strategy, price governance, and price realization across all channels, products and customer segments. The role is responsible for designing and executing pricing strategies, tools, and processes that enable the organization to capture a greater portion of the price delivered and expand profitable growth.
Job Responsibility
Own and lead the overall pricing strategy for the business
Develop and manage a multi-year price realization roadmap
Partner with IT to evaluate, select, and optimize pricing tools, systems, and data infrastructure
Partner with Product Management to set and periodically review list/net price
Establish and govern pricing policies, approval thresholds, and guardrails
Collaborate with Sales leadership to design and deploy deal guidance, playbooks, and negotiation strategies
Partner with BI team to analyze the financial impact of pricing actions
Oversee the pricing operations team
Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes, tools, and governance
Lead cross-functional pricing initiatives
Provide regular executive-level updates on pricing performance

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Finance or Marketing
minimum of 5 years related revenue management experience and/or training
or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in Finance or Marketing
Strong strategic skills with demonstrated experience leading enterprise pricing strategy and improving price realization
Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Proven expertise with pricing models, elasticity, value-based pricing, and segmentation
Proficient in using data analysis software, such as Excel
Knowledge of pricing models, competitive analysis, market segmentation, and value-based pricing
Solid understanding of financial concepts, such as profit margins, pricing elasticity, and revenue forecasting
Strong understanding of market dynamics
Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrate comfort with ambiguity and able to handle complex pricing challenges
Passion for continuous learning
Proficiency in pricing software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies is preferred
