Job Description

Director, Revenue Operations, Paris, France. You'll be part of our Global Sales Acceleration team led by Juliette Pichard. The team you’ll lead, the Revenue Operations team, consists of ~12 professionals covering all of Mirakl's business units (Marketplace, Connect, Retail Media) and geographies (EMEA, APAC & AMER). As a Director, Revenue Operations, you will architect and operate the AI-powered revenue engine that drives predictable growth across all of Mirakl's business.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS, ideally at a global, multi-product company
  • Proven track record of leading multi-functional, internationally distributed teams through periods of transformation
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce and data governance, including data architecture, CRM hygiene and API integrations as the foundation for AI deployment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making by translating commercial data into strategic narratives
  • Systems thinking with the ability to turn complex data into clear executive narratives
  • Fluency in AI tools and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Dust, Gong, Clay, Claude, n8n), curiosity to always stay up to date on innovation
  • Salesforce expertise and rigorous data governance instincts
  • Change leadership — the ability to bring teams and stakeholders through transformation with conviction and clarity
  • Commercial acumen across both Enterprise and SMB motions
  • Fluent in English and French (C2 level required)
