Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Director of Revenue Operations to design and execute the operational framework that drives predictable, scalable growth across our real estate and digital infrastructure portfolio. This role owns deal strategy execution, capital deployment planning, and the design, implementation, and administration of our global incentive compensation plans for the Real Estate and Energy Development (EDG) teams. This is a builder role ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in complex, high-stakes infrastructure environments. You will be responsible for empowering our deal teams to secure high-value sites, ensuring alignment between project milestones and incentive programs and providing the data-driven insights necessary to scale the organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Bonus Administration: Manage all aspects of the bonus process, including calculation, reconciliation, and timely payment, ensuring performance is accurately reflected against project-based targets
  • Systems Optimization: Manage and optimize project-tracking tools to ensure data integrity across the deal lifecycle
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Energy Development to ensure deal structures are compliant, communicated and executed flawlessly
  • Enablement & Documentation: Develop clear documentation for all deal-related policies and incentive plans. Provide guidance and training to the Real Estate and EDG teams to ensure transparency in how success is measured

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Deal Operations, with a heavy focus on incentive compensation design within Real Estate Development or Infrastructure
  • Expertise in Complex Deal Planning: Proven ability to manage bonus plans for roles involved in long-lead-time projects (e.g., land acquisition, power interconnection, and facility construction)
  • High-Stakes Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex deal data, identify trends in market pricing/capacity, and make data-driven recommendations to leadership
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, experience with Salesforce and compensation management software
  • Communication Mastery: Ability to bridge the gap between "the field" (deal makers) and "operations” (finance/legal/HR)
  • Detail Orientation: A commitment to 100% accuracy in compensation activities, recognizing the high-value nature of infrastructure-based bonuses

Nice to have

  • Experience in Data Center Development or working with hyperscalers/GPU clouds
