Job Description:

As the Director of Relationship Management, you will focus on maintaining strong relationships with key points of contact at our existing licensed (mortgage, bank, credit union) partners to enable upsells, growth, and retention. In this role, you will contribute to the build-out of Figure’s lending partner relationship management function by engaging and selling key product and capability expansions, serving as a liaison between partners and internal Figure teams to promote additional features, services, or products our partners request, and strengthening partner relationships with the ultimate goal of retaining and growing recurring revenue. Internal cross-functional collaboration will be a pivotal part of the role in influencing the roadmap and delivering on high-priority/ROI requests from partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop healthy client relationships with Figure’s clients by building trust and transparency
  • Act as a client advocate, enhance client training/product education and promote client loyalty
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate client needs to appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Drive prioritization of client requests and execute them as they are prioritized
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing company data, systems, and databases for easy access and retrieval. (Salesforce, Notion, Tableau)
  • Deliver QBR and use these tools to drive engagement with wholesale and smaller partners. Assist with reports, presentations, and other documents to support business operations and management
  • Support onboarding and upsell project management by assisting with planning, tracking, and execution of business initiatives as needed
  • Perform general research, market analysis, or data collection to assist in decision-making processes
  • Develop strong relationships with Figure internal stakeholders across multiple departments to solve partner issues and requests
  • Make process improvement recommendations for Figure’s products and services based on client feedback as applicable
  • Participate in new training and licensing programs to expand the team’s capabilities

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the Financial Services / Lending industry
  • Strong drive to foster relationships and grow existing accounts
  • Demonstrated success at partnering, prioritizing and balancing needs cross-functionally
  • Data and analysis driven in all business decisions
  • Incredibly responsive and solution-oriented
  • Resilience to drive in ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
  • Strong relationship management experience
  • lending / financial services experience preferred
