Job Description:

The Director, Regional Product Marketing – Americas leads the go-to-market strategy and execution for Resmed’s sleep and respiratory solutions across the region. This leader ensures our portfolio not only launches successfully, but also scales with sustained impact — driving adoption, differentiation, and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and execution of end-to-end GTM plans, tailoring global frameworks to local market, clinical, and regulatory realities
  • Ensure high-impact launches through standardized readiness frameworks
  • Build sustained product presence and adoption beyond launch
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to shape roadmaps with Americas insights
  • Advocate for region-specific needs for optimal pricing, positioning, and product definition
  • Serve as the regional voice in business planning and portfolio prioritization
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Solutions Marketing, and other key cross functional partners to align GTM execution
  • Represent the Americas in internal and external forums as a thought leader
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Product Marketers in the Americas
